Using Print With Design

These terms apply when you use PrintWithDesign.com, save or upload artwork, connect a supported design tool, request a proof, or place an order. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us promptly if you believe someone used your account without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.
Your artwork and content
You keep ownership of artwork you provide. You give Print With Design permission to store, copy, convert, display, proof, and transmit that artwork only as needed to provide the service and fulfill your order.
You must have permission to use every logo, photo, font, trademark, and other item in your artwork. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized content.
Design tools and customer responsibility
Print With Design provides upload and self-service design tools, but does not create, rewrite, or modify artwork for customers. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, layout, colors, image quality, trim, bleed, safe areas, page selection, and proof details before approving an order.
Connected services such as Canva
Connected services are provided by their respective companies and may have separate terms and privacy policies. Connecting one is optional. You choose the design and page to import. Availability may change if the provider changes its service, permissions, or account requirements.
Canva is a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd. Print With Design is not Canva and does not control Canva accounts, subscriptions, templates, licenses, or editor availability.
Products, pricing, and orders
Product availability, prices, turnaround estimates, taxes, and delivery estimates may change before checkout. An order is accepted when the website confirms it under the checkout process. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Proofs and print results
Screen colors can differ from printed colors. Trimming, folding, finishing, and placement may have normal production tolerances. Approval means you reviewed the proof and authorized production based on the information shown.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or bypass security, access another customer’s files, misuse connected-service credentials, disrupt the website, automate abusive requests, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Changes and account action
We may update these terms as the service changes. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, providers, the website, or legal rights. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
