Print With Design uses the information you provide to run your account, prepare and fulfill print orders, provide secure support, and improve the ordering experience.
Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details, delivery and billing information, product selections, order history, support messages, uploaded artwork, saved designs, proof decisions, and standard security information such as IP address and session activity.
Artwork and connected design tools
When you upload artwork, use Design Online, reuse a previous design, or choose an approved connected design tool, we process the files and details needed to place the artwork on the product and prepare it for printing.
If you connect Canva, Canva asks for your permission before sharing access. Print With Design requests only the permissions needed to show your designs, import the page you choose, and return you to your order after editing. Connection credentials are stored encrypted and are not shown to customers, staff pages, or browser code.
Disconnecting Canva removes the stored connection credentials. Artwork you already imported stays with your saved design or order so that your work is not lost. Token-free connection audit records may be kept for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information

- Save, validate, preview, proof, print, and deliver your order.

- Prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping requirements.
Sharing
We share information only as needed with service providers that help operate the website, process payments, store files, deliver orders, provide connected tools you choose, or meet legal requirements. We do not sell your artwork or use it to design for another customer.
Storage and retention
We use access controls, private storage, encryption where appropriate, and activity records to protect customer data. We keep account, artwork, order, and support records only as long as needed for the service, business records, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may disconnect connected design tools at any time. Signed-in customers can submit an access or deletion request from their account privacy controls. You may also contact us for help. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law or needed to complete an order.
