This is a 1st edition Ultimate Rare of Granmarg the Rock Monarch from the overseas version of Flaming Eternity. It is the EU version with English text.

[Condition]
Condition Rating: B
S - Mint: New, with no visible scratches or scuffs
A - Near Mint: Near mint condition, including initial minor scratches
B - Played: Minor whitening, edge wear, signs of use
C - Damaged: Scratches, scuffs
D - Junk: Noticeable damage such as folds

There are no noticeable scratches, but there are small edge scuffs on the front.
There are slight surface scratches on the back when held up to the light.
