I purchased this at the famous vintage store kiki2 in Koenji for about 10,000 yen. I've worn it twice. I'm listing it because I don't have any more occasions to wear it.
The sleeves are 2-way! You can wear it as a puff sleeve shirt or pull it down to wear it off the shoulder ( ᴗˬᴗ). The back has shirring, so it fits nicely without looking bulky ⟡.·
