・I will greet you after shipping.
・You cannot choose the specific plushie you will receive. Although it's the same product, the individual plushies are random. Please be especially careful as many people are concerned about the facial features, etc. (I will note any missing tags, etc.)
・Shipping will be done using the cheapest method. Basically, it will be Yu-Packet.
・After purchase, I cannot accommodate requests such as purchase errors, changes to payment methods, no longer needing the item, or forgetting to use a coupon.
・Changing to Rakuraku Mercari delivery is not possible at the buyer's request. This includes cases where additional fees are offered.
・Packaging
Figures, acrylic stands, and缶バッジ (can badges) will be wrapped in bubble wrap.
　※ I will not take measures to prevent bending of the backing card for acrylic stands. I cannot compensate for bent backing cards.

Plushies will be waterproofed + wrapped in a dedicated envelope or additionally in vinyl.

Paper items and files will be protected from bending + waterproofed.

　※ This is amateur packaging, and the minimum amount of packaging is used. I try to ensure that items do not get dust on them, but please be aware that some may adhere to the packaging tape, etc.

・I will ship around the shipping deadline. The deadline varies because it takes time to prepare depending on the item being shipped. I cannot respond to reminders, etc.
