This is a collaboration T-shirt between Vivienne Westwood Anglomania and Lee. It features a heart-shaped globe and flag design. For someone 150cm tall, the back of the shirt covers about half of the buttocks.
It has been used and there is a small, inconspicuous stain on the lower back, but it doesn't affect wearability at all.
According to my search, this design and color of T-shirt is currently not available on Mercari, so I believe it has a certain rarity.
