This was giving to customers by Mr. & Mrs. M. J. Davidson. They owned grocery store in Bombay, MN in Goodhue county. Michael (M. J.) Davidson and his wife owned and operated the Bombay Store (a general grocery store) from 1932 until it closed in 1992.
It has a 22k or 23k gold filigree rim, likely from the mid-20th century 1940 -1950’s.
The pattern is known by several names, including "Rosalie" by American Limoges and "Royal Rose Bouquet" by Salem.
It’s in excellent condition.
