This is a vintage clear Hoosier Glass Company flower vase, style number 4089-C. The vase has a vertical ribbed or fluted pattern. Hoosier Glass vases were produced by Syndicate Sales of Kokomo, Indiana, primarily in the 1970s and 1980s, for commercial florists.
The style number and "Hoosier Glass" are embossed on the bottom of the piece, as seen in the image. The number "45" is also visible on the base, likely a mold number.
