Marked Medium Regular. USMC stamped.
Vintage original U.S. military issue hot weather camouflage field coat / shirt jacket in classic woodland camo pattern.
Interior label shows 1977 contract number from the Defense Personnel Support Center, supporting late-1970s production era. Constructed from 100% cotton, typical of earlier hot weather military field uniforms.
