Vintage 00's Y2K size S blue and white polka-dot dress! By Wetseal. Pretty country blue color. Faux wrap style with a cross over bust. V-neckline. Comes with a matching belt tie for the waist. Gosh I had this in High school lol maybe 2002. The last time I wore it was 2009 wine tasting in Italy lol. It's a super flattering, really cute dress. Slim fit. Fits an XS nicely as well. I've been holding onto it because it is so adorable but it's so neglected. Someone needs this! Wonderful. Happy to answer any questions ♡♡
