- CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Hand-wash the cast iron skillet and dry completely before first use. Use a small amount of oil or fat during the first few uses to prevent sticking. Cook at low to medium-low heat and avoid acidic foods until the seasoning has built up.
- DURABLE PAN: Made from our indestructible Spherrous iron, this cast iron cooking pan resists cracking and breaking. It features a cast Victoria logo on the bottom and a gold insert in the handle that add to the luxurious look and feel.
