Vibra-TITE 600 Light Brown Structural Activator, 1 Liter Bottle

Vibra-TITE Excel 600 Activator is a fast curing, resin based (ozone friendly) Structural Adhesive Activator. It is designed for use with Vibra-TITE Structural Adhesives. The adhesive is applied on one surface and the activator on the other, no mixing required. The resin based activator undergoes a chemical reaction when in contact with the adhesive and polymerizes to form part of the bond. It contains 100 percent active ingredients. When used in conjunction with Structural Adhesives this product will bond rubber, glass metal and wood to themselves and in various combinations. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease before use. Product is normally hand applied from the bottle by brushing, wiping or spraying onto parts. Excel 600Activator is a blend of nonflammable resins. On part life is about 8 hours or one working day. Activator 600 will cure adhesive material in approximately one minute. Shelf Life is 6 months at 68 degree F unopened. 1 minute Cure speed. Performance is dependent on the materials being bonded, gap fill and surface area. When used in conjunction with a structural adhesive shear strengths are typically within 2600-3000 psi. Store in cool area out of direct sunlight. 1 Liter Bottle.
