This is a Tiffany & Co. Open Heart keyring that I purchased at the Tiffany flagship store in New York over 20 years ago. It has been stored away ever since.
The silver has some tarnish, so I have listed it as "nearly new."
The box is also damaged, so I will send it without the box.
