■ Product Overview

This product is a jig designed to support the break-in process for 130-size motors used in Mini 4WD cars.
By intentionally changing the contact between the motor's brushes and commutator and applying a load during rotation, it helps to widen the contact surface of the brushes, contributing to the acquisition of stable running characteristics.

■ How to Use
1. Attach the motor to the designated position on the jig.
2. Correctly align the motor shaft with the center of the bearing.
3. Slowly push in the aluminum block with your fingertips, rotating the motor while changing the contact position of the brushes and commutator.
4. Use with the image of applying a constant load, without excessive force.
