Regarding the condition:
"It's an old item so it's been stored away and is slightly bent, but" it should straighten out "if you straighten it out properly."
There are "no tears," but it's an old item so it's "dirty, to say the least." It's as shown in the photos.
It should clean up nicely with a dedicated cleaning tool.
The second photo "is a bonus pirate flag." It's a green LEGO minifigure that looks like a yokai, and the flag that came with the battleship.
