Coil products (such as transformers, motors, etc.) may experience a decrease in insulation performance between coil layers, turns, and pins due to factors such as winding materials, magnetic materials, frameworks, and processing techniques. The TH2882A series pulse coil tester is a new generation of insulation performance testing instruments for coil products developed using high-speed sampling technology. It can provide testing solutions for most coil products. TH2882A stores the sampling waveform of the standard coil in the instrument. During testing, the measured waveform is compared with the standard waveform, and the quality of the tested coil is determined based on the set criteria (area, area difference, phase difference, corona, etc.).
