The outer box condition is not good, with discoloration and damage, but the cassette and instruction manual are in good condition. This is recommended for those who don't mind the condition too much and are looking for a box and manual set.

This item was purchased used.

I have confirmed that it works on my New Famicom.
I was able to play it without any problems. (See photo 20)

As this is a 40-year-old product, there is overall aging and scratches.
