TechStar's Durachill Series Recirculating Chillers are built to TechStar's specifications by PolyScience to handle process temperatures from -10ºC to 40ºC (14ºF to 104ºF), making them ideal for many routine process cooling needs. To help optimize cooling efficiency for a particular application, they are available in a wide selection of cooling capacities, compressor sizes, and pump types. It provides cooling for high heat load applications requiring accurate temperature control. This compact power-house incorporates an innovative heat transfer system and the unique PolyScience's Cool Command technology. Economically priced, this unit includes an internal pump and plumbing to connect to your existing wire EDM filtration unit with no electrical connections. An optional reservoir is available if required. This unit can also be ordered without the internal pump for those applications that do not need the pump. Please call for details. All feature convenient "one-touch" temperature control and bright LED readouts which can be read easily—even from across the room—and let you check temperature set point and fluid flow rate and/or pressure with just a quick touch. For added operational safety, the Durachill Chiller is equipped with audible and visual alarms that alert you instantly when operating parameters—such as fluid temperature or pressure, flow rate, or ambient temperature—exceed pre-set limits. There are even user-adjustable high and low temperature limits to help prevent unauthorized set point changes, plus built-in safeties to alert you to low fluid levels and thermal runaway.
