This is a commemorative work by Tatsuro Yamashita, released as his solo debut after his time with Sugar Babe and Niagara Triangle. Recorded in New York and Los Angeles to faithfully reproduce the sound based on the plot, this masterpiece, created with top-notch musicians, is a compass pointing to the origin and direction of [Tatsuro Pops], which Yamashita is so particular about. This record is a white label promotional copy of his legendary 1st album, Circus Town. This promotional copy, the origin of a masterpiece from a time when Tatsuro was not yet widely known, but when he was most energetic and creatively challenged, is extremely rare, with very few copies in good condition.

The matrix numbers are 111YJ on both sides, and it comes with a lyric sheet and a rare questionnaire postcard. The record has no noticeable scratches and is in excellent condition as a sound source. There is no disc burn or warping. There are no skips, and the noise is not noticeable. However, the drawbacks are a stain on the lower left of the jacket front and a tear of about 3 cm in the center of the jacket spine. Also, the obi (sleeve band) is missing.
