These STM690/704/795/802/704/805/806 supervisors are standalone units offering microprocessor oversight, capable of preserving and safeguarding external LPSRAM data. They feature a precise voltage reference and comparator to monitor V CC input, triggering a reset output (RST) upon detecting an out-of-tolerance condition. Additionally, they provide a watchdog timer (excluding STM704/795/806) and a power-fail comparator (excluding STM795) to alert the system of impending power issues.
