Judging from the tag, it's probably from the 90s to the early 2000s, but I'm not certain.
It's a deadstock item with the tag still attached, and the logo, color scheme, and embroidery from that time are retro and cute.
I think the size is adult free size. (There is no size notation, so I'm not sure about this either.)
I think this item is hard to find now, so how about it, collectors? ☺︎
