I have seen several works by this artist, and this is by far and away my favorite. Trenner sells regularly at auctions around the world and is known primarily for his peaceful harbor scenes. Beautifully framed and with a handsome linen liner, it comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Merrill Chase Gallery. It is in overall excellent estate condition. There is evidence of a tiny repair that was made in the roof area of the house on the left. 12" x 16" original oil on canvas, signed lower left. The outside frame dimensions are 19" x 23".
