This is a used copy of the extremely rare Sega Saturn game, Primal Rage.

This game is only listed for sale once every one to three years, and is always out of stock in online stores.
As of now, this is the only copy of this game being sold in the entire country (excluding suspicious shops).
I've placed a Mercari sticker on the photos as there's a possibility they could be reposted.

I used this for playing, so I've confirmed it was working until recently.
There's a slight case indentation on the upper left of the back of the manual.

A very valuable postcard and obi (sleeve) are included.
The obi has some minor stains.

There is a single scratch on the disc's reading surface.
