This is a US Capitol pressing of The Beatles' UK original album "Rubber Soul," with an Apple label.

Unbelievable now, but when it was released in the US, Capitol Records edited the album's tracks, releasing it with fewer songs and a different track order than the UK version.

Since the master tapes themselves were edited in America, the mixes were also subtly changed, making for an interesting comparison.

The condition is listed as "some scratches and dirt," but it's a record that's been around for about half a century, and I think it's in good condition for its age.

Unusually for a record of this age, there is no warping on the disc, and there were no skips when played on a portable record player.

Both the disc surface and grooves are clean, with good sound pressure, and I was able to listen to it with a good sound typical of analog records.

From the next album, "Revolver," the band took the lead in the recording process, making this album a transitional work in the early stages of recording.
The guitars used by the members also changed significantly, with the Epiphone Casino becoming the main guitar in Revolver, leading to a major shift in the rock guitar sound. However, this album allows you to enjoy the thick, soft sound unique to analog, which is an extension of the band's early sound, such as Gretsch and Rickenbacker guitars.

It's a heavy, well-made record.

For those who appreciate the characteristics and rarity of analog sound sources.
