This is a brand new, unused item.
I purchased it in the winter of the year before last and have kept it at home.
I had kept the tag, thinking I might use it someday, but I have no plans to go to Disney, so I'm selling it.
The headband had a Hong Kong Disneyland tag, but it was a rather large tag, so I cut it off.
There may be some minor scratches on the metal part in the center, which were present from the time of purchase, so please understand this before purchasing.
Since it is a brand new, unused item, there are no peeling or noticeable scratches, and it is in beautiful condition.

The vivid pink spiderweb ribbon of Gwen is cute, and it's a design you don't often see.
