This is a super rare vintage wristwatch, a 1st generation quartz diver model, featuring the "64 series caliber," Seiko's first quartz diver watch commercialized in 1978.

The bezel rotates correctly left and right.
Date and day of the week can be manually adjusted.
Setting the time: Pull the crown out two clicks and rotate downwards.
Quick date change: Pull the crown out one click and rotate upwards.
Quick day of the week change: Pull the crown out one click and rotate downwards.
It is currently running, but please understand that it may stop as it is a quartz watch. Also, as it is a vintage item, the waterproof performance is not guaranteed.
