It's a long length that covers the hips, but it's easy to wear because you can open the hem with the double zipper.
It's a free size, but it has a slim silhouette, so it may be difficult for men or those with a large build to wear.
I remember being told it was reversible when I bought it.

The hood is removable with a zipper.
I bought it over 10 years ago and wore it a few times a year, but I think you can still wear it.
