- Create Spacing: Drill holes in letter track every 6 to 8 inches
- Install Rivet: Insert rivet into hole and push or tap anchor through
- Drill Size for .191 Diameter: Use #11 or .125 drill
- Drill Size for .219 Diameter: Use 7/32" or .187 drill
- Acrylic Track Drilling: Use 60º drill bit
- Drill Bit for Pack: Standard drill bit for 100 rivets per pack
