NOSHOK's Type 5 All Non-Metallic, Non-Replaceable Diaphragm Seals are designed for wastewater and wastewater treatment applications. They feature a corrosion-resistant, PP glass fiber reinforced upper housing and PP, PVC, or PVDF lower housing. The diaphragm, made of EPDM-PTFE coated on the process side, safeguards pressure or vacuum instruments used on ultra-pure or highly corrosive fluid lines like demineralized water, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and caustics. All assemblies come with PTFE coated EPDM diaphragms, ensuring maximum chemical and temperature compatibility.
- Suitable for wastewater and chemical feed applications, plus most corrosive media uses
- Upper housing: corrosion-resistant PP glass fiber reinforced, lower housing: PP, PVC, or PVDF
- Shields pressure or vacuum instruments in ultra-pure or highly corrosive fluids
