[Story]
Riku Tsuneta (Nijiro Murakami), a new AD at TV Tokyo, is assigned to the "Unidentified Material Center," a department that organizes a large amount of program materials unearthed during the company's relocation in 2016. There, he meets his colleagues, director Saori Nikaido and producer Satoru Sayama. His days are filled with organizing VTRs, far from his ideal. Meanwhile, Tsuneta discovers a tape recording a bizarre phenomenon that shouldn't be there. Nikaido, a senior director who is tired of sorting through discarded tapes, decides to film the continuation of the strange phenomenon recorded on the tape and create a program without permission. Tsuneta is pressured by Nikaido and gets involved in the investigation of the mysterious phenomenon... What they see are many strange and terrifying events...
