Although it's a brooch, it can be used as an obi-dome (sash fastener).
I purchased this new for 9,000 yen, but it didn't match what I wanted to wear it with, so I'm selling it without using it.
Unlike some brooches sold on Mercari, the pin doesn't stick out. It's a large brooch.
In recent years, due to rising material costs, the retail price has increased, and these large brooches are becoming rare.

The hallmark is on the back of the butterfly.
After purchase, I took it to an Anna Sui store, and they confirmed it was genuine. The hallmark is difficult to read due to the uneven surface on the back, but it is definitely an Anna Sui product.
