New 80s US Army M-65 Hood Deadstock Mods Coat Parka T

This is a deadstock, unused fur hood for the American military's M-65 Mod's coat.

When attached to the parka and fastened around the neck, the fur keeps you warm, and a wire is built into the brim.

M-65 hoods are used around the head and neck, where there is a lot of sebum. Therefore, in used clothing, the wool felt lining tends to accumulate hair and invisible dirt, making it difficult to know whose it is.
Also, washing can tangle the fur and cause it to lose its fluffy texture, so we recommend a clean, unused item.

I purchased a box containing six hoods tied together with string, and I have stored some of them in a dark place without using them.
The leather tab threaded through the drawstring has a smooth, grain-side oval shape.
There are no tears, stains, or discoloration of the Velcro, but please understand that this is a military surplus item.
