The oval dish has the charming inscription “TOM KITTEN SOAP DISH” and “TOTO LE MINET PORTE-SAVON” around the rim (French for Tom Kitten soap dish). Bottom marked: “Mason’s Crabtree & Evelyn © Frederick Warne & Co 1986” with crown logo, ironstone made in England.
