Martin Margiela High Neck Zip Knit - Authentic Period ☆ Miss Deanna

This is a high-neck/turtleneck sweater made of a sweatshirt-like fabric from Martin Margiela.

The size is S (1), and the color is black. The material is cotton, so it's easy to care for.
Measurements (laid flat): Length 60cm, Shoulder width 38cm, Width 45cm, Sleeve length 57cm, Neck 14cm.
It's from the ⑥ line, "Garments for Women," but the wearer is a slender 170cm tall male. I think it can be worn unisex.

There's a zipper on the high neck, allowing you to open and close it to change the look.
The white thread used to sew the fabric is subtly visible on the outside, which is a design characteristic of early Margiela.
Since it's from the early ⑥ line, the four-stitch basting on the back of the calendar tag is not present, so it doesn't have the full "Margiela" feel.
The sleeves and hem are not folded and sewn, giving them a draped look.

I received this as a gift in the 90s and wore it back then, but it's been folded and stored in a drawer for about 20 years.
Based on the tag, it was produced at the Miss Deanna workshop and is believed to be an item from the period when Margiela himself was in charge.
Also, since there are no Japanese quality labels or sales agent tags, it may be an item that was not sold in Japan.
I think it's a rare item that's hard to come by.

As it's a very old item, there are some creases and slight fuzziness on the fabric.
There are no problems with wearing it.
