Although not original, a front cap and M-mount rear cap are included.
A lens filter is also included, but please consider it as an extra, as it doesn't have a groove for attaching caps, so a cap cannot be attached when it's on.
As it's an old lens, there are corresponding scuffs on the exterior, but there are no noticeable large scratches or dents, and I think it's in good condition.
The optics have no mold or fogging, but there are a few more cleaning marks than usual. I didn't feel any noticeable effects in the photos I took while using it, but it's a layman's judgment, so I can't say for sure that there's absolutely no effect. Please consider this before purchasing.
