LEGO blocks, large quantity, approximately 6.6kg, with a valuable out-of-print book

A large amount of LEGO.
Probably worth tens of thousands of yen. A 20,000 yen train kit and many others are disassembled, but I haven't confirmed whether the electronic parts of the train kit are still working. Please assume they are not.
I'm selling these because my child has grown up and no longer uses them.
I'm also including books. The books are out of print and sell for a premium on Amazon, so it might be better to sell them separately, but the books are not in good condition, so I'm selling them together.
I haven't cleaned them, so there may be dust, debris, and some parts from other toys mixed in.
I'm offering them at a lower price to reflect this, so thank you for your understanding.
