This is a snood by Eiji Tanuma, the representative of Knittingbird.
It's a snood knitted with Knittingbird's original Toyful yarn. It seems this yarn is no longer in production.
It's colorful and very cute.
I purchased it about 10 years ago and wore it about 5 times, after which it was stored in a drawer. It's in relatively good condition as it hasn't been worn much.
