The item is brand new, factory sealed.
However the box shows some degree of wear and tear.
I did not take the liberty in opening the box and checking the inside contents as it appears to be factory sealed.
The extent of wear on the box can be seen in the photos.
The seal for the item can also be examined in the photos. (Last two photos, to be more exact)
The box size is approximately 9in. in length and 7in. in width.
Both the figure inside the box and the corresponding accessories (effect parts as well as stand) appears to also be factory sealed when examined from outside of the box through the transparent plastics.
