For constructing reinforced structures, HV bolts according to EN 14399-4 (bolt and nut) and EN 14399-6 (double lock washer, min. 300HV) should be used. Nuts are coated with molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) in the factory to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent joining parameters, use matching bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. Our offerings are classified as K1. K1 class sets are joined in a mixed manner (two joining stages). All necessary information is provided on the label for proper assembly.
