This tool allows you to temporarily expand the frame such as removing the hubs stuck to the frame, replacing tires and tubes until the wheels are attached to the frame. The attachment moves according to the angle of the frame so it won't slip or scratch even when used in steep angle frames. The handle is semi-fixed so you can remove the handle and use it with a 0.6 inch (14 mm) socket wrench. Caution: Do not use on aluminum frames, electric cars, belt cars, and exterior transmission bicycles. Also, do not use on bicycles with short chain stays, such as small diameter cars.
