This hardcover is a 1st edition 1st printing of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" by J.K. Rowling. The book ends on page 759. This is fine, except the book’s FINAL PDF FILES for printing contained 784 pages!
As reported in the Seattle Times, July 2007, Scholastic spokesperson Sara Sinek said…”it’s not uncommon for a small number of printing errors to slip through on an initial press run”, a sentiment echoed at local bookstores. “It’s a small compared to the 12 million copies we printed in the U.S.,” Sinek also said. “A few hundred is really nothing to be concerned about.”
The hardcover book features illustrations by Mary GrandPré and is part of the Harry Potter series aimed at young adults. Book 7 released in 2007, was almost a decade removed from the roll-out of Book 1, Harry Potter and The Sorcerer’s Stone.
