20 pieces of 4x4" hand made terra cotta pottery tiles that were then hand painted laid out in a 4x5 tile grid to show a rustic mural still life scene of various pottery with wood grain wall behind. A large jug, smaller vessels and a white sheet. When assembled as shown, it measures just over 16" x 20" (with no grout lines). Each tile is marked on the unfinished back with a number to make layout easy. No artist signature or makers mark, unknown history.
This set would make a great back splash, inlay for a table top or tray, framed to display on a wall, or interesting inset for a floor or other project.
