This is a Ganguro version of Gorie Kitty, which came as a bonus with a CD purchase.
It is new and unused.
I have kept it carefully, but the stars attached to the costume have come off due to aging.
I found two stars that had come off, either falling out of the bag or detached inside the bag.
About 20 years have passed, so it's not in the same condition as it was then, but it's rare because it's new, unused, and preserved.
