Framed Abstract Vintage Swiss "Watch and Clock Parts Collage" circa 1970, signed

Watchmaker/Clockmaker Art Collage glued to a cardboard backing inside a sturdy plexiglass Show Box Frame with hook for hanging as a picture on the wall. Dimensions are 8 1/4” wide, 6 1/4” tall, and 2 5/8” thick. Weighs about 3 lbs. View-Box Frame is nicely constructed like a watchmaker/clockmaker would precisely make one. The sides are chemically blanched to make them opaque so your focus is on the clear picture frame front for viewing the artistically placed luxury watch parts that form, when you look closely, an abstract animal similar to a dog or cat. The head is the upper right, with two unspooled springs forming ears. The central body is the red, blue and green porthole see-through Old Fashioned Watch or Clock Case Piece. The legs are the blackened clock movement Hardware with springs. Oh there are many springs all over in this collage. The tail part is the LANGENDORF and RECORD WATCH CO silvered Movement parts.
