The original Pen was developed by genius designer Yoshihisa Maitani, with the concept of "a sub-camera that performs as well as a single-lens reflex camera in terms of basic performance."
It is also known that the late Princess Michi〇 used it for a time.

【Servicing】
Ο Lens disassembled and cleaned (Image 14, serial number visible)
Please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking perfect optics.

Ο Old grease removed from the focus helicoid, and new grease applied (Image 15)
Focus adjusted.

Ο Light seal replacement:
New light seals were replaced with yarn on the top of the body and dedicated light seals on the bottom of the cover (Image 11).

【Operation】
Ο Shutter:
Speeds from B to 1/200 second change smoothly and without sticking.

Ο Aperture blades change as set.

Ο Focus ring is smooth and without any grinding.

Ο There is some deterioration in the lower right line of the frame in the viewfinder (Image 7). Of course, this does not affect the photos.

Ο Winding dial and crank work smoothly without any problems.

Ο Counter works.

Ο Flash (not included) fired from the socket.

Small scratch on the left corner (Image 13)
