It comes with a detachable mini pouch with a snap button.

This is a used item. There is a sense of wear and tear appropriate for its age. There are scratches on the leather part connecting the shoulder strap and the bag itself, but there are no issues with use. Also, there are some areas of discoloration and scratches on the back of the bag.
