This is the original Jiro Tamiya version of "Shiroi Kyotou" (The White Tower) DVD-BOX, containing all 9 volumes. There are some minor scratches on the outer box, but there are no issues with the DVD playback itself.
The lead actor, Jiro Tamiya, reportedly suffered from bipolar disorder during filming, and seemed to be in a state of depression during the latter half of the drama, which explains his compelling performance.
