40-50s Heavy Linen French Work Jacket

Collar Specifications:
Numerous zigzag stitches running on the back of the collar. This is a tailoring technique to secure the collar's interlining and prevent it from losing its shape. This very labor-intensive specification disappeared after the 1960s when mass production accelerated.

Fabric:
Thick Heavy Linen, or Metis Canvas with a high linen content. Judging from the "abrasion" on the cuffs in image 6 and the unevenness of the fabric (slub feel), I would guess it's not cotton twill.
