This is a bag used by the staff of the Polish Pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai Expo and sold in the pavilion's shop.
I purchased it from the brand's EC shop in mid-September (personal import) and it arrived the other day.
I accidentally ordered two, so I'm selling one.
