This is a mod coat from Eddie Bauer. Based on the tag, it's from the "black tag" era, likely the late 1980s to early 1990s.
It's a nylon mod coat featuring an olive green (khaki) exterior and a bright yellow lining. The buttons are cute, and the ends of the drawstrings are also cute. The sleeves look cool even when rolled up.
